Cancellations
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Returns
At HerbalHills Wellness.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore we stand behind all products bought at our site.
If you receive a product which is not as per the specifications ordered by you i.e.
Wrong size, wrong quantity, defective, damaged or Significantly different from the description given by the merchant.
You are completely protected. HerbalHills Wellness.com offers a 10 day return guarantee for all such items.
We will not be able to accept the return, if product;
- Is used
- Exhibits physical damage to the packaging or to the product
- Is returned without original packaging
- Batch No. is tampered
- Below Rs 1000 Priced items can not returned.
- Only Regular Priced Items may be returned, unfortunately sale items can not be returned.
If you have received a damaged product or empty parcel or any product is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
Your refunds/credits/replacements will be processed on the basis of the condition of the returns shipment sent by you and products inside the packaging.
